Initial meeting
Every interior design process that I work on starts with a design consultation at your home in person with me. In this meeting, I will have an in-depth conversation with you about your interiors project, I will listen to your ideas and vision very carefully. I will then take the opportunity with your permission to take some photos of the space, any measurements and rough sketching of floor plans and room layout to use when I am creating your new scheme.
Detailed design
This stage is where I take this information you have given me and create these into interior mood concepts. I will source all the samples on the mood board to help you visualise the ideas I am suggesting for your new space. I will also provide you with detailed design scheme notes that list all products being suggested to you, including where they are available, price at the time of sourcing and where they would be used or placed in the layout of the room scheme.

This exciting third stage is where I meet with you again at your home and present to you your finished mood board and design scheme notes. I go through the visual mood boards and ideas I have created for you in detail and answer and questions or queries that you might have from these.

I appreciate that after I have presented the new interior scheme to you that you will need time to process the presentation and to think about the new colours and concepts that I am suggesting for your space. That’s why I always leave my business contact details with you, so you can re-contact me and then I can answer any follow-up questions and queries that you might have.

There are a couple of other services that I can provide if required to complete your new interiors.
Firstly, I am happy to do further visits to help you select the colours of other items not suggested in the room scheme, for example flooring, tiles and other items for the space.
Secondly, I can also offer a staging service to skilfully arrange the furniture and accessories to create the finishing details to the room.
